Teleconsult fees are adjusted due to the expanded service scope to offer kid-friendly care for young children:
- Daytime hours (e.g. 6:00 am to 9:00 pm): from $38.15 (nett)
- After-hours (e.g. 9:00 pm to 6:00 am): from $65.40 (nett)
If the doctor assesses that a physical examination or in-person care is required, you will be guided to either:

For prescriptions following a teleconsult or House Call, we offer 3-hour islandwide delivery for your child’s medications (subject to stock availability and delivery conditions).
The CHAS and Baby Bonus schemes are not applicable for teleconsults. There are other eligible vaccinations and services whereby you may apply CHAS or CDA (Child Development Account) schemes where applicable.
Yes. Each child needs their own DA account so that their medical records and consult history are kept distinct and secure. Parents can manage or link multiple child accounts under one parent login.
Yes, doctors can issue an MC when clinically appropriate during a teleconsult or House Call. Let the doctor know your request during consultation.
