From 1 September 2025, eligible individuals will be able to receive government subsidies for the shingles vaccine under the National Adult Immunisation Schedule (NAIS) at CHAS-accredited clinics. Those eligible for subsidies may include:
Singapore Citizens aged 60 and above
Singapore Citizens aged 18 and above with certain medical conditions
Pioneer and Merdeka Generation seniors, who may receive additional subsidies
- Adults aged 50 years and above
- Individuals aged 18 years and above with weakened immune systems
- Those with a history of chickenpox (varicella)
