During the session, our dietitians will provide you with a comprehensive nutrition assessment, based on the details you share with them, and help you devise a plan to work towards your health goals.

When you are booking your session, you will be prompted to fill in a pre-consultation survey. Do include as much detail as you can on any health and medical conditions, including medication or supplements you may be taking, and your health goals in this form. This will help your dietitian better prepare for your consultation, and design a plan best suited for you. Alternatively, you can share all of this with your dietitian during the session.
Your dietitian will also work with you to decide on the frequency of follow-up, so that you can stay on top of your health goals.

The meal plan is customised to your nutrition requirements, health conditions and short-term and long-term goals. Your dietitian will work with you to design your meal plan, to ensure that the healthy changes you make in your diet are sustainable.
