Once you’ve subscribed to a Healthwise plan within the app, the consultation rates for video consultations with a GP will be automatically applied as follows:
- Standard Hours (6am – 8.59pm): $13 per consultation
- After Hours (9pm – 5.59am): $33 per consultation
Healthwise plans provide access to GP coverage around the clock at panel rates, as well as access to health and wellness programmes tailored to support your overall well-being.
You can consult a GP doctor online via the Doctor Anywhere app at anytime – the service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:
- Standard Hours (6am – 8.59pm): $13 per consultation
- After Hours (9pm – 5.59am): $33 per consultation
Alternatively, you can visit a DA Clinic near you, or a panel clinic for a consultation at the same rate of $13.
This means you have 24/7 access to medical assistance, ensuring your health needs are met whenever they arise.
For physical GP consultations at our panel clinics, simply present your membership e-card (located within the app, under “Membership & Health Plan” > “My Benefits” tab) during payment to be entitled to the $13 consultation fee. You will have to scan the QR code provided by the clinic and make payment via your DA wallet (prior top up of funds to your DA wallet is required).
This is a group insurance cover with Doctor Anywhere as the Master Policyholder. This Group Personal Accident (GPA) plan provides coverage in the event of Accidental Death, Total Permanent Disability (TPD) due to accident, Daily Hospital Income due to accident, as well as Extra Income Support and Extra Fund for Mobility Aids upon TPD due to accident. It is underwritten by Singapore Life Ltd (“Singlife”).
You will not be able to terminate your existing subscription once you have purchased the subscription. You will continue to enjoy the subscription benefits until your current subscription plan expires at the end of the 12-month period.
