Once you receive an SMS from MOH, simply access your HealthHub app. Select the DA Clinic nearest to you (e.g. DA Clinic @ Potong Pasir), and schedule your first visit.

Benefits of Healthier SG
Singaporeans will be encouraged to select and enrol with a GP of their choice. By sticking with one family doctor, you will be able to develop a healthcare plan that works for you, and have the same doctor monitor your progress with follow-up consultations.
Prices of medicine at the GP will be comparable to that of polyclinics via the introduction of a new subsidy tier to the Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) for common chronic disease medication. Patients with certain chronic conditions will also be able to use MediSave to pay the full amount of their treatments.
