• Published rates are in SGD, and are inclusive of the prevailing GST. Only applicable with the relevant code entered upon checkout in the Doctor Anywhere app or DA Marketplace website in Singapore. Not valid with any other promotion, discount, rebate and/or offer. Payment must be made with an eligible DBS/POSB Credit and Debit Cards.
• Consultation fees are inclusive of GST, and exclude medication charges.
• *After-hours GP consultation incurs a fee of $44.05 nett, applicable from 9:00 pm to 5:59 am daily.
• *Prescription of medication, issuance of medical certificate and issuance of referral letters are at the sole discretion of the attending physician.
• **Across Singapore, except secured areas such as Jurong Island, Airport zone and others. Please refer to www.doctoranywhere.com/faq for details.
• ^Issuance of referral letter or memo is at the sole discretion of the attending therapist.
• ^#$9 annual subscription fee applicable for the first year (first 3 months waived). Adept Health Protect: Additional surcharges may be applicable on GP consultations at panel clinics outside standard hours, weekends and public holidays. • ^~Promo code is only applicable for 1-time usage. Valid for one redemption per user only.Please use a registered Doctor Anywhere account to purchase.
• ^~ We do not accept any cancellations/refunds except in the following scenarios: (a)The patient is medically unable to complete the service (b)System errors resulting in duplicated orders or order errors (c) DA is unable to provide the service purchased.
• ^~Any cancellation request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase and at least 3 days prior to the appointment date. Except in special cases, there would be no cancellations/refunds as long as the service has started. Please note that DA Marketplace does not allow for any cancellations due to a change of mind. We seek your understanding for this. Stated rates are not inclusive of additional add-ons. Listed prices and terms are subject to changes without prior notice.
