On 24 March, it was announced that the Vaccinated Travel Lane scheme would be simplified and replaced by the Vaccinated Travel Framework (VTF). This would make it easier for travel to happen in and out of Singapore, for both residents and tourists flying into Singapore.
Before travelling on a VTF flight, check your eligibility. You should:
- Be fully vaccinated with WHO Emergency Use Listing Vaccines
- Hold an Accepted Proof of Vaccination, such as having your records stored in HealthHub or TraceTogether
- Fulfill Travel History & Designated VTL Flight Requirements, including having to take a pre-departure PCR or ART COVID-19 test before entering the country
