So, how can you put together a wellness day or week that can leave everyone feeling rejuvenated and refreshed?
Step 1: Get your team together
Before you can start planning your wellness day, gather a team of volunteers who are willing to help you out. This could be anyone from fellow HR colleagues to employees who are passionate about health and wellness. The more people you have on board, the easier it will be to plan and execute your event.
