What does the service comprise of, and what are the associated fees?
DA Wellness Concierge is a personalised service where our team of experienced advisors will help you evaluate treatment options, select the right provider based on your requirements and arrange the appointment.
There are no service fees charged. You will only need to pay for your treatment — Customers booking through our Wellness Concierge service will be able to enjoy special deals and prices (much lower than if they book with the hospitals themselves directly)
Who is eligible to access this service?
All Singapore citizens and long-term residents regardless of whether they are existing DA app
users or not can avail of DA Wellness Concierge service.
Do I need a visa to travel to Thailand for aesthetics and/or medical treatments?
Singapore Passport holders may enter Thailand without a visa under the Tourist Visa Exemption
Scheme (TVES). Those who wish to apply for long-term stay visas may submit their visa applications to the Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore (https://www.thaiembassy.sg).
Is the standard of aesthetics and medical treatments in Thailand on par with Singapore?
Yes. The quality of medical facilities is on par with the main medical centers in Singapore. Thailand is the largest medical tourism hub in total volume and in both high-end and low-end procedures.
What if I am interested in a treatment that you don’t currently offer?
While we can’t guarantee we will be able to support your request, we recommend that you still
reach out to our DA Wellness Concierge team to express your interest via WhatsApp.
Will DA Wellness Concierge look after travel arrangements?
Not but in the future we are looking to offer this as a service. For now we will look after everything
around treatment, which includes sourcing provider options, pricing, booking of the appointment
and any related paperwork but you will need to look after your travel arrangements.
