Our team and the role we are hiring for

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Senior Product Manager to join our Product team to enhance our product capabilities serving the needs of the healthcare industry. You and your team are the owner of the Product Roadmap, working closely with the Engineering teams to plan, and execute the product plan.

As Senior Product Manager, you will be working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize and translate these requirements into product features. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and has strong interpersonal skills to manage the various internal and external stakeholders.

This role reports directly to the Head of Product

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with business and tech stakeholders to drive a product from inception to live
  • Explore, identify and execute on strategic growth opportunities
  • Provide local insights – identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats relevant for the product success
  • Partner with the analytics organization to validate key findings with data
  • Escalate and drive solutions with product management for identified market specific product issues and gaps
  • Design and oversee local execution of a continuous testing plan for important end-to-end flows
  • Track progress of market specific product improvements and measure impact
  • Leverage usability studies, research and market analysis to drive market specific product insights into execution
  • Understand product strategic and competitive position in the region and work to improve it
  • Explore, identify and execute on strategic growth opportunities
  • Suggest recommendations and influence team strategy through the use of effective communication
  • Support the team to work towards long-term ambitious goals, while identifying intermediate milestone goals

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of technical product management / development experience
  • Preferably with experience in Insurance and/or Third Party Administrator (TPA) industries
  • Extensive knowledge of online and mobile business models and consumer technologies
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized and hands-on
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
  • Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills in English
  • Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications
