What we are looking for:

We are looking for a strategic thinking Lead Product Manager to define and drive the roadmap for Doctor Anywhere. You will translate and prioritise the needs of the business and technical teams into technical requirements, build strategic partnerships with third parties and not be afraid to execute solutions.

This role reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of product growth and UI / UX experts and offer organizational design thinking to best structure the team and equip them for success in their goals
  • Coordinate with business and tech stakeholders to drive a product from inception to go live
  • Explore, identify and execute on strategic growth opportunities
  • Provide local insights – identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats relevant for Doctor Anywhere’s success in Southeast Asia
  • Partner with the analytics organization to validate key findings with data
  • Escalate to and drive solutions with product management for identified market specific product issues and gaps
  • Design and oversee local execution of a continuous testing plan for important end-to-end flows
  • Track progress of market specific product improvements and measure impact
  • Leverage usability studies, research and market analysis to drive market specific product insights into execution
  • Understand Doctor Anywhere’s strategic and competitive position in the region and work to improve it
  • Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats relevant for Southeast Asia
  • Explore, identify and execute on strategic growth opportunities
  • Suggest recommendations and influence team strategy through the use of effective communication
  • Support the team to work towards long-term ambitious goals, while identifying intermediate milestone goals



Requirements:

  • Minimally 6+ years of tech product management / development experience
  • Minimally 2+ years of people management experience
  • Experienced with product management or product growth at a global scale
  • Experience with healthcare is strongly desired
  • Experience working in start-ups or successful entrepreneurial adventures and working in a global environment highly desired
  • Extensive knowledge of online and mobile business models and consumer technology
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized and hands-on
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
  • Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills in English
  • Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications
